General Rules:
– YOU MAKE IT YOU TAKE IT! Please pick up after your dog as we are on a private acreage. Bring waste bags and be respectful of your surroundings. There will be no trash bins on site.
– There is a portable washroom on site
– Please park where directed
– There is NO SMOKING/VAPING allowed anywhere on this property. If you are caught smoking, you will be asked to leave.
– Please respect and listen to the volunteers who are giving you their time. We do not like to overwork your dog, especially if they are new to the sport. Everyone will get a chance to play!
– Bring adequate water and shade for your dogs, and be prepared for any other weather conditions. Proper footwear is recommended as the ground is uneven.
– Be mindful around other people’s dogs as this is a high drive sport. Some dogs can become agitated and aggressive when they are normally calm.
Directions to the Earthdog site:
From the QE2 Highway, head north or south towards Red Deer and take the Highway 42 East turnoff for Penhold/Pine Lake. Turn east toward Pine Lake, then take your first right and head south on the Service Road (RR273A) that runs parallel to the QE2 Highway. Drive for approximately 2 kms and turn left into the driveway.
Hope to see you in the dirt!
